With a blend of artistry, precision, and play, we design balloon installations that are bold, feminine, and full of joy.With Poppy Babe Balloons, you don’t just get balloons — you get a full experience designed to wow your guests and make memories that last.
NEED-TO KNOW AT A GLANCE
Order Minimum: $350 before delivery/setup. Balloon Garlands: $50/ft (8 ft minimum), includes up to 3 colors. Extra colors +$15, custom match +$25.
Setup Fee: $150 standard (~2 crew hours). Complex/20+ ft installs: $250+.
Delivery Zones (from 77407): 0–10 mi $25 • 11–20 mi $45 • 21–30 mi $65 • 31–40 mi $85.
Install Window: We require a minimum 2-hour window on site. Rush fees apply if less.
Breakdown Options: Client self-breakdown (rentals staged for pickup) or we can return for $75–$250+.
Free Mockup: Included in every proposal. Indoor Only: We do not currently offer outdoor installs or helium décor.
