Rush fee: +20% (subject to availability).

Quick policies

  • Deposit: 40% (non-refundable) to reserve; Early Bird 30% if booking 60+ days out

  • Milestones: 40% at booking → 30% 2 weeks before → 30% 3 days before

  • Setup Fee: 35% of invoice

  • Delivery: Free within 25 miles of Richmond, TX; $2/mi after
