1) Client Self-Breakdown (Included)
Most balloon décor is disposable. You may pop and dispose of balloons after your event. Please do not release balloons outdoors.2) Luxury Breakdown & Pick Up (Add-On)
White-glove teardown by Team Poppy Babe:Safe deflation/removal of balloons
Adhesive removal from approved surfaces
Packing and pick up of Poppy Babe rentals (backdrops, shimmer walls, pedestals, neon signs)
Eco-friendly disposal, with donation/reuse when possible

SSmall (single garland up to ~12 ft or 1 install, no wall): $150–$225
Medium (2–3 installs, or wall up to 8×8 + props): $250–$400
Large (10×10+ wall, multi-zone installs, or complex venues): $450–$800+
After-Hours Pickup (9:00 pm–7:00): +$75–$150
Tight Window (exact pickup within 30 min): +$50
Waiting Time (if space isn’t ready): $120/hr, billed in 15-min increments
Travel: Free within 25 miles of Richmond, TX; then $2/miFinal pricing depends on install size, venue rules, access, and timing. You’ll receive an exact quote in your proposal.

Confirm venue rules (quiet hours, loading dock hours, security escort, COI).
Share on-site contact for pickup (name + mobile).
We text on approach, complete teardown, and return rentals.

Breakdown add-on fees are non-refundable within 14 days of your event.
If your venue changes pickup rules/times after booking, additional fees may apply.
Ask about our Deposit Protection option to keep flexibility if your timeline shifts.

Save one parking spot/loading access near the venue.
Keep the install area clear of guests during pickup.
Secure pets/kids away from ladders and tools.
Set aside non-Poppy items you want to keep (signage, florals, gifts).
Ensure on-site contact is reachable.

Balloons are a choking hazard; children under 8 require adult supervision.
We never release balloons outdoors.
We follow ladder and rigging safety standards; access limitations may change our pickup method or timing.

Surfaces, Paint, and Adhesives
We use venue-friendly methods whenever possible.
Adhesives may lift delicate or uncured paint. We cannot install or remove on fresh paint (<30 days).
By booking, client/venue accepts responsibility for surface choice and pre-existing conditions.
Sustainability & Donations
We never do balloon releases.
Latex is biodegradable; we dispose responsibly.
When viable, we donate/repurpose select décor to local children’s centers or nonprofits—just ask!
Rentals & Property Care
Backdrops, shimmer walls, pedestals, and signs are Poppy Babe property.
Client/venue agrees to safekeeping until pickup.
Lost/damaged rentals are billed at replacement cost. A security card on file may be required for large installs.
How Long Does Teardown Take?
Small installs: ~30–45 minutes
Medium installs: ~45–90 minutes
Large/walls/multi-zone: 1.5–3+ hours
Exact timing depends on venue access, elevators, distance to load-out, and complexity.
